AQRA is a web application. Nothing is shipped, and there is nothing to deliver physically.
What you receive
A subscription to AQRA gives you access to the tool in your browser at www.aqra.arborionglobal.com, for the number of days the plan states. There is no download, no licence key and no physical item.
When it starts
Immediately. The days are added to your account the moment the payment is confirmed by the gateway, which is normally within a few seconds. Your profile page shows the date your access runs to as soon as it is done.
If the payment succeeded at your bank but your access has not changed within an hour, send us the payment reference and we will settle it by hand the same working day.
Where it is delivered
To the account you paid from. Access is not transferable between accounts without asking us, because a study is tied to the engineer who owns it.
Invoices
A GST invoice is raised by Arborion Global Private Limited against any payment. Ask accounts@arborionglobal.com with the receipt number on your profile page and we will send it.
